I'm fine with meeting up as long as I can get there relatively easily, time is not my friend at present and I'm sure others are busy also. May I suggest a kind of agenda to be covered so people can better decide whether to come or not, as this could easily be an all day trip and a few hundred miles for some or more. Alternatively, or as well as the agenda, we could have a couple of smaller meetings? I know it will not be the same, but without being a killjoy, I don't want to spend 6 hours in a car to walk away wondering what I actualy gained from it other than putting faces to names

Sorry James I think you misunderstand the purpose of the "gathering" it would be the same as last time, just a social occasion to meet people.

The last one was to make decisions on what people were going to do after wards but frankly no decisions where made.

I don't see the point of smaller gatherings as it would defeat the purpose, if people decide they don't want to come for whatever reason and it turns into a smaller gathering then so be it.

I just thought we should make the effort, still there are 12 months yet I am sure we can meet up somewhere.

Everyone by now needs to have some sort of idea when they will want to fly back from the diving element of the trip as we will be doing flights possibly by the end of the year. So if you haven't thought about that please do so.

Hey Guys

I just spoke with the Agent and this is what she said to me

the flights will become available ten months before we fly, so thats quite soon, altho when they are booked we have the option of changing them

Holly will call me tomorrow to discuss my return flight as I was to stop in five countries on the way back using a round the world ticket

I have never done anything as complex as this so I am hoping the experts at MST can help me out
