I can get them both on and now have a choice of suit for temperature on all dives, at £70 it's way cheaper than buying a 7mm semi and will give me better flexibility as well as 4+4+3mm on the torso for extream cold.

I think I'll get in the pool next week with all my gear just to make sure it's ok before I pack it, don't want to get there and be stuck for anything.

By the way, did I see anything about us having to tell them which reg to tank conection we need?

If I remember correctly, they are all A clamb, the boat has 12 din to a clamp things.

Today I spent "a small fortune" on 7dayshop.com getting memory cards, a mini bendy tripod thing, a monopod, a first aid kit and a lens cleaning kit.

This is less than last weekend's "medium fortune" on a new semi-dry and Fourth Element t-shirt thingy.

Also far less than the previous weekend's "large fortune" on walking trousers and wicking t-shirts, ponchos, sleeping bags and other assorted rainforesty items.

Still a "bloody inheritance" to spend on airport parking, dive insurance, rain jackets, rubber boots (don't ask, I don't know), biodegradeable soap, water purifiation tablets, torches, new spools, waistband pockets, rucksacks and holdalls.

This trip will bankrupt me!

Damn. Add that to the above list too. Only got about 2/3rds of what we think we might need.

At least the exchange rate is holding out
