12?????? Eek.

It was 15 degrees last night (in the SEA, Fiona ) and it felt a little chilly in the drysuit, compared to the previous week which was 17. At that level the degrees difference start noticing.

Still, the UK gave us a good send off with 3 cuttlefish, a ling and a hunting octopus! Fab. Next dive.....who knows..?

I am EXCITED!!

Holiday haircut today and some more shopping.

Yes OK I get the message I was supposed to be diving tomorrow - but things change.

Yep holiday haircut has been done

Picked up replacement dive computer and Psion Revo from the Post office so tomorrow I think I am set for a day of sorting and ironing - although I have all week to do it

So less than a week to go now troops and we have started the packing today...

Hand luggage is almost there apart from the usual last minute alterations...

Some ironing has taken place and much contemplation about suitable clothes to pack...it's getting a bit like 'oh I'd better pack that just in case' and there's still a few days to go

Also having a bit of a dilemma regarding torches after finding out that there is going to be little if at all night diving...oh hum...

I think we are nearly there!!!!!!!!

I am hoping not to be over limit, but who knows although I am sure overlimit costs about £15 per kilo so will try and stay in the allowance.

Going to start ironing stuff and packing dive kit tomorrow which means it will probably all be out again on Tuesday only to be repacked by Wednesday

Blimey they now seem to have another complicated excess baggage system in place, seems you can "buy" extra allowance up front at a 30% discount on the normal price - cost per kilo is 12 euros.

Just in case anyone is planning on being overweight.

Is that the klm excess? I reckon I may be 2 or 3 kgs over for the qutio - gos leg which at a maximum of $3 isnt going to be too bad. As long as they dont measure or weight my hand luggage i will be fine
