Sat June 3rd - Wreck of 'The Ash - Inspiration Eastbourne - A long way off but . . .

One dive that is being planned already for next year is a visit to the Ash which takes some additional admin/organisation as we need to liaise with the coastguard on this one. To gauge the interest in possibly running more than one trip to the Ash in June, could you please let me know if you would be interested in joining us for this one – Sat June 3rd 2006 . It’ll be about an 8am pick up from Sovereign harbour.

The Ash was a 1009 gt vessel carrying steel which sank following a collision in the South West traffic lane of the Dover TSS (Hence the need to liaise with the C/G) in October 2001 - A cracking opportunity to dive a 'Young' wreck off the UK south coast.

Max depth 40m to the seabed

Cost will be £32 for single dive (owing to distance from the harbour)
