Mind he aint gonna be impressed next time we have a meeting, gonna tell him exactly what I think of his management style, fortunately it's in my contract that there is a mandatory 3 month notice of resignation/sacking ho ho ho... &nbsp; Badly in need of a career change, but glad to hear you've found gainful employment &nbsp;
