YD - "Scapa Virgins" Tour is now officially open

This tour gig will be running concurrently with week two of the "go with the flow" tour and I have agreed with Ian (air assisted) to organise it. The weeks diving will concentrate on the shallower and less challenging diving with a good variety of sites within the flow. See the "are you scared of scapa" thread if you dont know what its about and if you have any questions feel free to PM/email or call me.

I think the concept of this trip is great, for what my opinion is worth.

When would you need payment by?

Also what depth range are you going to be going to?

is it based on a B&B basis, me and my girlfriend have always fancied Scapa but having only qualifed as advance open water in ocotober never had chance to do it.

if you could let us know these details ill post if we can make it or not

like wise some idea of bunking arrangements ?price ? & can you cater for rb's ?

deposit of £30.00 to confirm your place then the balance of the diving cost by the end of June. if you are wanting to organise your own B+B then thats no problem ...www.visitorkney.com has booking details etc. Prices to be confirmed by hotelier ....I will find out tomorrow what the block booking price would be !

Depth range from 10m - 40m with shallow options on all dives over 30m....

No problem with rebreathers sorb and hp o2 can be booked in advance.

Thanks Hazel, great stuff just got in and seen the post, I'm gonna have a great august with a week diving Skye as well!

For those people who are worried about not having twins, rebreathers etc I personally will be diving with a 12L and pony and have no intention of doing any deco. As my understanding goes this trip has been designed to include those who want a les 'techie' trip to scapa. Hope this helps anyone who is still in doubt. See you there!!!

seriously considering it now, just need to find the rough cost off accomodation and work it out from there, will let you know asap.

I only dive with a 12l but am getting some twin 10's in next month or so so might be on them if i make it up.
