Smile Easter Spaces Northern Route Red Sea

We have spaces on our trip to the Red Sea this Easter
Dates: Good Friday 14th April 2006 - Friday 21st April 2006
Minimum Qualification is experienced Sport Diver/ Dive Leader
Rebreathers welcome, nitrox available (5 euros per fill)

Diving will be from a new luxury boat M/Y Infinity run by Emperor Divers, booked via Regal Diving.

Route is the Northern Wrecks from Hurghada with flights from Gatwick.
Possible targets include the Rosalie Moeller (depth 35m to the deck, weather permitting), Thistlegorm, Abu Nuhas wrecks, Ras Mohamed.

Cost is curently £770, but will reduce to £717 if a further two divers join the group. A total of six spaces are availble.

Reagal are currently still advertising this trip for £839.

Price includes a 5% discount for BSAC members, flights from Gatwick, transfers to the boat, full board, tea, coffee, soft drink, diving and air for 6 days. 3-4 dives per day. Marine Park fees extra.

Luggage allowance is 25 kg plus 5kg hand luggage. For £20 the airline will accept complete diving equipment in separate bag on top of 20kg allowance.

Non-Divers also welcome. Would need to check on available savings, though usually if you want to snorkel you pay the full amount. There is already one non-diving spouce on the trip.

Please PM me if interested or want further information

Best

Which airline has the deal for that complete dive gear?
I'm organising a trip myself later in the year and that info might be handy

I flew with Astreaus in November and being over 6ft was very impressed with the extra legroom as standard.

They introduced the £20 all in for some routes only, e.g. Taba, where I was going, whereas Sharm and Hurghada had an extra 5kg allowance as standard.

I asked to prepay so as to be sure of getting the allowance but they could not do that. When I turned up to check in the desk staff were perfectly au fait with the allowance and the £20 per bag extra.....a c*ck up on their behalf meant not all my bags got weighed so I didn't have to pay a thing.....but that's another story

Hi Mal,

thanks for that. Confirmation over the phone and via email both confirmed that the £20 extra for ALL dive gear is now available to SES and Hurghada. So here is hoping
