Apologies

Hi all

Yep it's me, I started all this, it's the first time I've ever been on a forum, and never gave it a thought that I was asking for cheques from strangers etc for a trip. But thanks to Jo for trying to smooth things out for me.

I didn't realise, I should have introduced my self better and given more information. I apologise to all. Although, don't think I'll be coming back after some of the coments from some members. There I was trying to help and all you get is abuse.

Well to shed all doubts, I am John Dunwell, BSAC Area Coach and fairly well known around the region. I live in Hull, East Yorkshire and have been diving about 25 years.

However, if anyone is still interested, I'll be glad to furnish you with some more details of the trip. Although it's looking dodgy so we may just bite the bullet and go for a day boat instead. Was looking at filling a liveaboard but not got the takers. Usual thing, everyone asked for it, then when it comes to parting with cash no one is interested.

Arh yes "outside influences" that would be people pointing out that you have the wrong information on your thread.

I appreciate you are probably will not see this John, but had you used your real name or even signed off the post with your name your position as an Area Coach may have given you more credence, also I am surprised you didn't post the trip on the BSAC site seeing as you are registered there as well.
