| OK then, I have been setting this one up for a while now so here is the details for the YD Shandy Gig to Portsmouth and diving around the IOW off of Trojan from the 21-24 July 2006. Boat details are here:- Trojan Having looked at accommodation I think I will be camping as are several others, there are locations on Pete's site and I would not delay before booking, as some locations are already full, there look to be lots of good options on the local tourist board site. As you can see on Pete’s site he has a compressor at the Quay side. Nitrox is at the nearest shop which is Dive Connection, and are very good prices obviously getting there and filled will be a big factor in the dive planning, they also are our local supplier for all the bits you forget, lose or break. We are just coming off some very good Neap tides then and I have requested the same viz and conditions as we had last year at the Selsey Southern Shandy Gig. However please bear in mind that The Diving Dude and Chasey are on the boat, so they will have stirred it up by the end of day one. Each day will be a good wreck followed by an inshore wreck or a drift. The targets for the main dives are shown below, with the 2nd dives to be confirmed:- Fri – HMT Warwick Deeping Meet 1045, Ropes off 1145, Dive 1415, 2nd Dive (Luis) 1700, in about 1900.
