Wink Weymouth 27/28 May 2006.

Hi,
This is the amended date from the cancelled weekend that Ian unfortunately had to cancel for reasons out of his control. To avoid any misunderstandings this date is now set in stone asa YD weekend. The cost will be £35 per head due to the cock up by myself on the previous weekend. The cost is for two dives plus lunch and will be to a maximum of ten divers. First come first served but those divers that booked on the original weekend take priority over anyone else. Scimitar is now in Weymouth and we promise you an absolute spanking weekend. Dive sites have yet to be confirmed so talk amongst yourselves and decide where you want to go. First two names carried over from the last thread. Lets go:

1. Iestyn
2. Triplefin
3.
4.
5.
6.
7.
8.
9.
10.

Just to confirm am good to go,
the original plan:
Day 1
UB-74 followed later by something in Portland harbour. or a night dive in the harbour
Day 2
A3, followed by Black Hawk bow section finishing with a gentle easterly drift.

Works for me, am up for discussion, and genuinely up for alternative plans and glad to hear them, but am NOT up for yet another Aeolian Sky/ Kyarra weekend.

Regards.

for subs, the M2 I got a depth of 34.8m and the Sidon 32.8m, so perhaps one of those? or the Alex van Opstal at 30m?

Thx Gary, yes something like this sounds better for me. You can call me a wuss but I prefer to aim for 35Mish tops then i feel I've got a bit to play around with (if something happens) also diving with a 12L so get through it pretty quick at those sort of depths.
