Will be diving twins, either tens or sevens. I honestly don't know enough about the wrecks to make an informed choice about what would be good to dive, I was planning on letting Hazel be my guide on that one.

As for which side of the boat......my normal position is usually at the stern rail, hanging over and feeding the fishes!

well hazel posted this list for the virgins tour:

Quote:
It would all be weather dependant, however we would certainly try to get dives on the following:

Shallow:7-18m maximum depth

F2
Barge
Mara
Coal Barge (better than it sounds)
Grobernador Bories
Bottle Dive
V83

Medium:18-28m maximum depth

Karlsrhue
Dresden
Sedlitz
Kaiser

Deep:28-36m Maximum depth

Koln
Brummer
which all sound fabulous! have heard so much about the konig and kronprinz will just have to come back on another trip to do the ones we miss....oh what a shame!

Come on Folkies ...... great oportunity for an early Scapa week here ..... join Jo and Phil so they dont have the boat to themselves!

Jo.......The Konig,Kronprinz,Margraff,James Barrie are all possible if you are happy to dive to those depths ....the Virgins list was set up to encourage OD/OW,AOW divers to experiance Scapa ......if you are happy and experianced to dive to 40/45m then Im happy to put you on those wrecks.

Hazel,
i think to be realistic i will stick to max depth of 35. Phil n I had a quick pm and are happy to stay shallower than 30m for most of them.
Am returning in october so will hopefully have more experience and confidence to do the deeper ones. Virgin list looks great!
I will keep quiet and dive where the skipper suggests - or alternatively tells me where i'm gonna dive... lol.
