A few people have been contacting me by PM to go on the list. Can I please ask that you only put yourself forward via the link in the first post on the thread. It times and dates your entry and provides an auditable record so we can be sure people go on the list in the right place and we can easily avoid any disputes about queue jumping.

For those of you who have shown some interest, this is what we've been organising.

Red Sea Liveaboard

For starters we have negotiated the use of the liveaboard boat, Carlton - sailing out of Sharm. You'll find all the information you need about the boat by following the link.

We are planning a number of themed trips this summer. These will include a Photography Week, a Video Week and probably a Wrecks Week. With enough interest we hope to do one trip each month.

As we expect people will be travelling from all over the UK and perhaps further afield we have negotiated a price excluding flights. Hopefully this will give you the opportunity to find some flight bargains (return flights to Sharm are currently available from as little as £49!).

Pro-Dive are supplying a special Travel Dive Exclusive, all inclusive liveaboard package, with unlimited diving, guides, food and soft drinks for £580 per person per week. It's a cracking deal! (But remember - that doesn't include your flight!).

We haven't settled on exact dates yet but should be ready with those shortly. Those who have already got their names on the waiting list will be getting an e-mail from me and I'll be asking you to let me know which of the themed weeks you'd be most interested in.

I was waiting until we got a bit more interest before advising of places - at the moment we've just about got one boat load of interest so it's hardly that critical. But for future reference you're at 5 on the list.
