I've just managed to check with Lee @ Farne Diving Services and all 3 boats are fully booked that weekend.

Bummer.

Does anyone have any other recommendations please...?

Book earlier!

Weather permitting you could try shore diving at Beadnell - one of the launch places for the Farnes. Unsettled at the moment. Won't know until tomorrow if it's likely we will get in that way this weekend. Did one of my favourite dives just south of Beadnell Bay.

I'm hoping for Eyemouth Saturday.

Cheers Phil but, thats St Abbs, about 30 miles north I reckon but could be in with a shout yet.

Were basically booked onto a boat from Bridlington on Friday & I have got an unexpected weekend pass so we were thinking along the lines of heading North on Friday pm and seeing if we could get any diving in Sat & Sunday - the Farnes would have been ideal!

So, seeing as we don't seem to be having much look with the Farnes, can anyone give us/suggest any other options? Cause otherwise, it looks like were going to be camping in the field at 8Acre lake and diving more puddles
