Two of my lot have pulled out due to work but me and Mrs Gavster still keen.

Any news from Abbs? I must admit the wind's turned round in Edinburgh tonight and it's feeling quite fresh.

Anyway - here's what "the other place say"

Saturday

Scotland and Northern Ireland will start with fresh to strong Cyclonic winds, although conditions will be better, with light winds near the centre of the low. Winds will become fresh to strong northerly as the low moves into the North Sea.
England and Wales will see moderate to fresh westerly conditions, which will be locally strong around the north-west of the country. Things may improve during the day to become moderate west or north-westerly.
The whole country will see some scattered showers throughout the day.

Heard worse I spose

Ok!!! things are looking good Gav and co, I've just spoken to Amanda at Scoutscroft and conditions are perfect, to quote.."Och, the sea is flat calm at the mo, viz is aboot 12m and there's only aboot 6 divers in the water the noo".... ####! I wish I was there!! never mind, I shall be tomorrow as this could be one of the last good ones of the season...

Tomorrows tides are....
9:42 Low tide, good time to jump on a boat..
12:24 is Slack, a great time to do Cathedral Rock
15:54 is High tide, apparantly perfect for that third wee dip onto Seagull Rockif we want to squeeze one more in

Fantastic - can you organise Billy's boat.

I only have two - me and the Mrs. So what time shall we meet. I need to get a spare cylinder for Mrs Y at about 7.30 so I'll get to Abbs about 8.40.

See you tomorra

Hi Guys, sorry not to chip in before, had a little trouble with the burglar boys :cop_2: - they left the drysuit and regs so at least I can dive...it's looking very hit and miss if I can get up there, certainly wouldn't go first thing Dave and also would be bringing the Mrs along (yes new development) so I'll pass on the offer of a lift thanks...Cathedral at slack sounds inviting though...maybeez see you tomorrow or if not soon I hope! Paul

OK boys all is arranged and I will be coming Abbs-wards as soon as we can get motivated. I probably won't arrive before 10. Hope to see you there. As my compass and dive timer were stolen I need a buddy on navigation and computer duty!!
