St Abbs - where to stay?

<font color='#0000FF'>A group of about twelve from my local dive club in Dover are planning a trip up to St Abbs in August. Any suggestions for accommodation there that can cope with that many?

B&amp;b, farmhouses, caravans or campsites - cheapish but clean!?

Also, which are the best boats for the Farne Islands?

Unless you are planning a mid week trip (and even then you may not be lucky), most of the St Abbs guesthouses will already be full. We normally use Billy Aitchison as a skipper (and stay at his bunkhouses on the harbour side). Billy and Alison (his wife) run a SUPERB operation (their website is http://www.divecentrestabbs.com/). Even if he is full, Billy will be able to give you a few names of people who may be able to help.

Re the Farnes, there are also a few places (try a search on google) but again, be aware that the Farnes are such a popular venue that most places will already be booked.

Regarding accomodation options in both places if you can't get in at the place already mentioned try the local tourist office. Link for Northumbria Tourist Board http://www.tourist-boards.com/northumbria_tics.htm
They are usually pretty helpful in locating suitable places.

The Farnes diving is superb - am definately up for another trip this summer (2tanx - you up for it as we have to do this!!!!)
