Bummer. Booked up for Weymouth for those two days already or would have jumped at the chance. Great boat and two cracking wrecks that I dearly want to get back onto. It would be nice to dive the Highland Brigade without the deafening racket of Howards YBOD threatening him with immediate expiration. It is most disconcerting diving a wreck and wondring when you are going to find an ex-dude draped across it

Done Leopold twice and is a favourite dive, easily doable at 35 plus the 10m proud bit, something for everyone.
Followed by the Mullbery (?) would make it a special day.

Damn I'm busy

Smile Gosport trip

Hi Terry,

Yippee, I'm free this weekend and could fill the two places on Saturday and two places on Sunday. I am traveling from Yorkshire so need the two days to make it worthwhile. I presume there is two dives each day and will need two tanks each.
We are both very experienced sea divers.

Please get back with more info.

Yep definatley two dives each day, so bring two cylinders.

Ropes off at 9.30am Sat
1st Highland Brigade
2nd Luis

Ropes off at 11.00am
1st Prince Leopold
2nd Drift

Drift will be over some rough ground in the 20m range.
Lots of gullies and not usually done, so might find something
interesting.

Boat is berthed in a marina, so worth leaving at least an hour
to get all kit onboard and sorted.

Choccy Hobnobs will be waiting.

Terry,

Thank you for the information regarding the dives and times.
I have a few questions though:
Other people I presume, live nearby, but as we are travelling from Yorkshire where is the best place to stay near the boat? (ideally, wakeup, eat, rub eyes and fall onto the boat!)
Is there nitrox available nearby?
Who do we pay and when?
Is there a mobile contact number I could exchange with you incase of problems on route so I could let you know what's happening? (Its a long way to travel without any contact details etc!)
Does the boat come back to harbour during the interval or does it stay out?

I can't think of anything else to ask, but both me and my dive buddy are pleased to be able to dive "down south" this weekend!
