Thumbs up

Just finished washing my kit and packd it all away. Had a shower, and washed all the sea mook off the spidge I found (a large bowl and a smaller cereal type bowl).

I am still on a massive high after this dive - calm(ish) sea, deep clear dark green/blue water, 10m vis and a gorgeous wreck. Loads of swim intos/throughs and gallons of loot. Easily one of the best dives I've done in the last 3 years(which is how long I have been diving). I'll write a proper update on my blog later or tomorrow, but it was a really great day.

Thanks to Paul for:

a) Organising it
b) Making suitably impressed noises when I showed him my spidge
c) Not coming up with a nickname for me this time (yet) as I was out of the water before him and didn't forget anything.

Also thanks to Dave for being his usual great skipper self, his crew for being great as well and all the others on the boat. I had an awesome day.

rubbish i said there will be a 6 hour weather window especially for me!
of course i didnt tell my name (jesus wet man)
see u tomorrow boyeeeees!
You phoned up at 1445 and spoke to my boss, and he read you the inshore forecast, I know , coz i was sat on radar and heard him, even I guessed who you was from the answers he was giving you.

YOU MUST REALISE, that the HM Coastguard will only give you what they recieve from the MET OFFICE, WE can not give you our personal opinion / interpolation on what the weather is going to do.

Now, if you had asked for me , I would have given you the viz inside the lanes, coz if you ask Mr Henson about our resident survey vessel , I knew that the average over the last few days has been above 5 meters.

Anyway, I just glad that those who travelled a good distance to get to Dover was not disappointed with the viz / weather / wreck.
