I have arranged for Sebastien "The Sub" Murat to come to the UK in April to teach an advanced freedive course
The course will be held over the weekend of 14/15 April at Crystal Palace sports centre in London. It will cover physiology, safety, watermanship and practical exercises aimed primarily at spearfisherman or recreational freedivers.
Sebastien is best known for his empty lung diving technique (also known as FRC), which potentially has great advantages , and this will be covered in detail
Sebastien is a world class athlete with over 10 years of teaching experience.

Although it is an advanced course, you dont need to be Tarzan to take part. Course prerequisites are a 1minute breathold and the ability to comfortably dive to a depth of 10m . Whether or not you decide empty lung diving is for you, you will come away from the course a better, safer more knowledgeable diver.
