| Borrow lots of gear to make the trip more comfortable. We take a 5 man tent (for the three of us), Campbeds to get off the ground - and handy for storing kit under, an electric hook up (phone charging, Microwave, TV, etc..), a gas stove/grill, a BBQ, camp chairs, camp table, camping lights for the tent at night..... .... oh and a small trailer towed behind my large estate car Try at least to find a private spot and somewhere where you can hang your gear to at least air off. |

| I love my little campervan. You won't get me back in a tent if I can help it

| as the others have said... concentrate on one or two camping sites, with washing/toilet facilities don't dive in a wetsuit - use a drysuit for comfort sake, camping and wet will be too much after a while. Similarly use singles, unless you are camping next to the dive shop that has a boat and 4x4 with trailer find a chippy and a pub within walking distance of the site a tent each, with an airbed |

| If you join the Camping and Caravanning Club their sites should have good facilities. We are in the Caravan Club with our campervan and the facilities on their sites are excellent (no tents allowed though).
