We went out of Brid today about 16miles and the viz was good about 8m with good light.I also spoke to the skipper last night and he is confident on a good day for Thurs as long as the wind keeps down.
See you all then
cheers
Mark

Rise and Shine

Just heard from the skipper and we need to meet at the harbour at 6.30 am with ropes off at 7am.
For those of you who havent been before the harbour is at top side of the South Bay,you can drive down the harbour where you will see an old red crane and the boat will be there.
cheers
Mark

Q. Why did the razorbill raise her bill?

A. So the sea urchin could see her chin!

I'm going for 10m viz on the first dive, based on being able to see the deck (at 30m) from the top of the "mast" (at 20m).

Very good, in summary

What a cracking dive that was. Must get out there again soon.

I'll go with 10m vis too on the 1st dive - we could see though the wreck at 32m depth and see the ambient light at the other side - particularly good view when I wasn't in line of sight of those awfully bright blinding torches that seemed prevalent !!!

Yes it was a great day, good to meet new faces.

thanks for organising Mark and thanks to everyone there who helped make the day.

I hope to go again soon/ see you soon.

cheers Steven
