| Will Puffin do them in Oban?? Try googling "232 bar fills" i cant remember the exact name of the website but im sure there is one that has a list of places to get fills. Or let me know and i'll stick a post on Conger Alley and ask on there as that is Scottish based.

| Not sure about Nitrox but tis said that you can get fills at Lochalsh from the Fire Brigade. Worth giving them a call to confirm (and they may also know of someone locally who would give you a fill). BTW, if you do ring 'em be a good chap and post the answer here so we know that it is true or a red herring Cheers Simon
