Ben using it for a couple of years. I've found it to be very accurate, and yes avoid the stars

45 weeks into the year - 15 dives so far - 40 is my target for 2008 - not doing at all well for this target! A slow easygoing year...

Yeah, good & accurate site, but their criteria for a good day don't coincide with ours
