I haven't been on this particular boat before so can't say for sure but red sea liveaboards are usually pretty good for having a selection of healthy stuff. Rice/vegetables/meat/etc

Best bet is to let TB know when you pay the balance about any particular requirements.

Who's using what ? temp is probably around 19deg C.

I've got an Oceanic Shadow 2-piece in large if that's any good. You're welcome to borrow it.
