Wastwater
Arfie and I are planning a trip up to Wastwater on Saturday 27 October. We are going to drop in at Capers at 9 for a dive to check kit. The get fills, both air and stomach, then head over to Wastwater for a dive. Plan is do dive the Pinnacles no deeper than 30 metres in a general Bimbley stylee!

Anyone most welcome to come along, specially if you know the dive at Wastwater, we are planning on being there maybe around 1pm.

bill i think me and chris t mite be doing wastwater on the saturday ! although depends on final plans!

but we will be going to capers for fills afterwards!!

Next weekend Wastwater will be getting a good siltkicking by myself and a bunch of OD trainees who will be there for the BSAC regional coaching team's training weekend.

I will be at Wast on Sunday, but not diving. This time I'm going up Scarfell Pike

Have a good dive though, the weather is looking good for Wast.

Wastwater is soooo beautiful.
Wish I could be diving and climbing, next time (I know, I can't do both, I'll go back for each)

It's very difficult to give directions to Wastwater. Stick this in your GPS

This is the pub at the end of the lake, if you get to the pub you've gone too far. Dive site is about half way down the lakeside, best to just watch out for other divers and hope you're not the first there.
Don't go over Hardknot Pass, it may look quicker but trust me it's not. Travel in from either the top or bottom of the lake district depending where you're coming from.
If you dont have GPS get one or you could end up very lost
