the condition that I go was they could all come with me, the condition isn't being met I can't go. lifes a bitch and so is the wife. I f I could afford to move out I would.


3 fecking times she has done this on a SETT trip, and then she whinges when I book a trip of a limetime- scapa last year, oh and what a trip that was - so I am traveling on her birthday.

OK, you obviously aren't able to get at all... may I suggest a new thread advertising the space ? We don't have any reserves at the moment...

Oh and tell the Mrs, that there is a 75 quid excess on her car claim to cover your lost money for the trip

Actually thinking about it, Lloyd Watkin who is on the HUET part of the day was on about possibly doing the SETT if a space came up. So if you cannot get a full replacement, he might want to take the SETT part of your booking so that you don't lose the full amount ?
Just an idea.

OK - I have been watching this for months but had been trying to resist cos I'm a broke student! I'm interested in coming and would be coming from Cardiff so I'll get in touch with Lloyd. If there is any chance I can fit in his car and he doesn't mind hanging about for the dive, I'm up for taking the space (or just the helicopter escape bit if Lloyd wants to do the SETT).

BUT I don't trust my car to get me there (it's making rather sick noises at the moment) so if Lloyd doesn't have space for me and all my kit (and if he's bring a buddy, he probably won't) or was going to head straight back to Cardiff after the helicopter escape, I'm afraid I'll have to give it a miss.

PS I'm a Sports Diver, did a 30m dive in the Red Sea in December

OK, as soon as you all know what is happenning, can someone let me know all the arrangements, as I have to contact the dive centre, and get the changes of names OK'd by them as it is on a military place and needs to be cleared beforehand.

If someone can PM me, preferably with a contact number for the new person, and I'll do the necessary.

Lloyd had a car crash so his car is out of action too. We're going down in a friends car but leaving straight from work on Saturday afternoon to go drinking in Southampton now.

SETT money went on the hotel, 6 nations drinking sessions, and Southampton drinking session I'm afraid All that an my first stage has a major leaking issue, grr!
