As a little bit of help the Sett tank is off Haslar road Gosport, just after the entrance to the sub museum.

Check this out dean and reddyhoff - haslar marina maps

Go past Marina entrance, over bridge (all on map), past Sub Museum
entrance and it's next left marked Fort Blockhouse.
If you go past Haslar Hospital, you've gone too far.

Daft Question time. If I am going to dive in shorts and T shirt, and my kit consists of BCD, 12 and pony, how much weight should I estimate ? A couple of kilo in the BCD pocket ?

Steel tank no suit no weight. I can't think of anyone I've encountered who needs lead with a steel tank in a swimming pool, a few with a kilo or so with an ally, but that's it. And they were all lungs full panicking novices.
