have it as the option of 3rd dive as they are all small and shallow ? so those not wanting to can scallop dive or sit out not having to pay the £15

john

prefer the scallop option

Duart, Dartmoth & Mingary

for an extra £15 per diver, we could possibly visit one of these wreck sites with accompanied guide, site plan and brief introduction.

What does the majority say??
not forcing anyone to pay extra for a dive they dont want to do etc etc but i personally would be very keen to dive a restricted wreck site for one of our dives.

Anway, let me know any strong opposals / in favours, along with friday dive, lunch, breakie, contact number etc etc

Designated Historic Wreck visits
Mark and Annabel are the Licensees for the three Designated Historic Wrecks in the Sound of Mull - the 5th rate frigate Dartmouth, and the 17th Century wrecks off Duart Castle and Mingary Castle. The Dive Centre runs a visitor scheme whereby divers can visit these protected wrecks themselves.
sounds good to me
I'll ask the other 2 suspects later!!!!
or maybe they will read and reply themselves

I'd quite like to dive the Swan site at Duart, although |I've been round the castle so may visit the pub during that visit.

the SWAN sounds good to me
but that one I have heard of and I don't know what the other possibles are so really I'll go with the rest.

Jo, Mark and Timbo are up for one too

that is they also fancy diving a protected dive site.

cheers Steven

Dougie

Is there a pub near to the castle? Last time we dived the wreck then swam ashore to visit the castle (with shoes etc in a dry bag).

Just a reminder that its nearly time for the balance to be paid - will send out another PM shortly

Also for those that havent let me know about breakfasts, lunches, friday dive and contact numbers please.

Mark has said a min of 6 need to book breakfasts for it to go ahead (as he gets extra staff in to do it) so we're a cpl short. Kitchen and self catering facilitiies are excellent for those wanting to cook themselves.

prefer the scallop option
Squat lobster = 1 point
Scallop = 2 points
Crab = 5 points
Lobster = 10 points
Fish = 25 points

We're on the boat the week after. Most points for a single fishing dive wins a smal prize.
