yep i'll be there trying out the following !!

first time with new dry-gloves
first time diving listening to tunes
hopefully !! first dive with serviced inspo head (currently at ap)
a fully patched and bone dry suit
and maybe a shiney new X1 if it arrives !!!

so i plan on spending some serious bottom time farting around the new plane and helos that are in there !!

what depth are they planned to go in at Steve?

and when?

EDIT: oh I see from here News from the National Diving & Activity Centre they're doing it today

I might turn up on the Sunday then, I could do with a visit and some winter practice

I think one is going on the 10-12 metre shelf, and the other 2 on the bottom of the shallow area, so approx 24-26 metres, or at least that's what I was told.

It wasn't too bad, my hands were cold while at 60 metres, but in the end we did a total run time of 90 minutes, and it would have been no hardship to do another half hour or so.

Having said that when you do your course it will have got colder in the shallow area too.
