Saturday 19 April - Iolanthe or Buccaneer - Scimitar Diving

I have spoken to Helena down in Portland to secure Scimitar for the 19 and 20 April for some medium level trimix diving. 20th will be the subject of another post.

She has come back with the following choice: Iolanthe (~40m) or Buccaneer (~45m). Having never done either of these, I am open to a majority vote for those on the boat (or list below). Ropes off is 09:15, cost is £34 for the Iolanthe and £45 for the Buccaneer. Minimum number of 8 to make them run.

Standard rules apply, stick your name down as a definite, you pay.

There will also be a shallower dive on the way back, scallops?

So, who wants to go diving?

Son, you're going to have to make up your mind about growing up and becoming aircrew. You can't do both.

The aircraft limits are only there in case there is another flight by that particular aircraft. If subsequent flights do not appear likely, there are no limits.

Gloc as you have not replied back to my Pm re. paying you and are now advertising this trip on 2 other forums without our names, making the posts 24hour+ of your trip being filled i wonder if you have overlooked the 4 of us? Are these trips only for your personal friends?

Not at all. I got back last night from the dive show.

You are on the trip. Payment on the day to Smudge.

Apologies for being tardy.

The trip which I think you are referring to which is advertised on the other 2 forums is for the 20th April (Sunday). This is the only location for the 19th.
