just had a chat to Helena ...

I have asked her to advertise the two spaces locally to see if she can fill them. failing that - unless anyone on the trip has any major objections - I would like to run the trip as a single dive for 8 people and give SML & Giz their money back

viz currently is ~4m & very dark. it has been much clearer recently (the word used was 'crystal') but apparently this is a secondary plankton bloom & should be gone by friday

I would have like to have come but my buddy can't make it and my inspiration mouthpiece is with Ambient Pressure to be fixed (it wont close in cold water).

So now I'm borrowing my buddy's mouthpiece and going to Plymouth instead
