Many of the threads are not Hazel's but I do understand what you're saying and keeping the places taken updated would be useful on all trip threads. I was getting confused the other day trying to ascertain whether there were any spaces and on which day on this one Weymouth - Sat 14 Sunday 15 June 2008 - 35m Wrecks
as I was looking into a Friday dive down there. I managed to get the gist after re-reading all the posts but it's still unclear and doesn't show a breakdown of Sat & Sun

you shouldn't need a breakdown for Sat/Sun, 9 out of 10 are on both days, the opther space specifically states whos on what day

if you can't understand post 1 then don't bother reading any further
