It's just that workwise i am working away all the week previous to the trip and hence the mass baking session will have to be a week before. I guess it will be fine but just get a bit stickier and this remove remove fillings?

Just keep it in a sealed container.

l prefer flapjack when it's older and softer.

no problem use to kitting up in small spaces as long as when i get back you all pull me up the ladder ( why did i not check there was no lift )

Errr... you didn't mention leaving the flapjack alone.
