Sept 6 & 7th 2008 Plymouth - Aquanauts

After speaking with Brian at Aquanauts, I will be organising a weekend's diving on Aquanaut out of Plymouth.

There are 12 spaces- 4 already filled. Boat has a lift and a very entertaining Skipper.

Weekend will be all wrecks- Scylla, JEL, Elk and Maine are most probable targets- though will be open to other suggestions. I would anticipate that all dives will be in the 20-40m range.

The Cost is £70 per diver for the weekend. If you book your responsible for you own accomodation, transport etc. Usual YD rules apply- you book you pay or find somebody to take your place. Deposit £35 required with booking.

Aquanauts have a full set of facilities- rental kit, cylinders, Nitrox, Trimix etc so we will be very well looked after.

do you expect that you'll get two good wrecks each day? I could definitely be up for that, less so for scenic fishy stuff

thanks

Andy

The plan is for two wrecks per day- given the number of wrecks in this locality I don't think that should be too difficult.

I may well be interested in this one. Reckon it would be rather good with The Maine and Persier as 1st dives followed by the JEL and Scylla. I haven't dived those 2 since 2006 and, even though I'm in Plymouth for the August bank holiday it looks unlikley we'll dive the Scylla and JEL

Of course it would mean diving Plymouth twice within 4 weeks and that could be construed as just plain greedy
