... well to SA anyways... did I mention I'm off to Marsa diving from Grand Sea Serpent from next Wednesday...? Only problem is there are no decent carriers going there... so I'm stuck with Monarch... 15kgs allowance... plus an extra 5kgs booked by Tony Backhurst... I've now had to pay an additional £100.50 for another 13kgs sporting goods and some extra legroom... so in total I'm allowed 33kgs spread over a couple of bags... it's not a cheap do... But Nackers has delivered my weenie Salvo... so I'm a happy man! Pete

That luggage allowance is the same as it was when i went to the Red Sea (before GB airways sold themselves to sleazyjet). They can't take a bag weighing more than 32kg because of the additional manual handling requirements associated with HASAW. If you can't get 10 days worth of clothes and your diving kit in 2 bags neither weighing more than 23kg, you are a woman disguised as a man, only worse, so leave out at least three of those pairs of shoes and two suits. I did it
