I would therefore be inclined to think 32m is the CD so I'll look out some tide info.

there's a reason Dive Sussex is sometimes known as The Book of Lies, you know

Usually best to assume that depths in there are a) least astronomical depth (ie chart depth, you have to add the tide) and b) often a little bit off.

Diving info: only done it once and it was pretty poor vis, but it looks like it would be very easy to accidentally end up inside if you dropped into a hold - plenty of big spaces. Lots of nets on the wreck too, including monofil that it's easy to get tangled in (lots of wildlife trapped in them). So if vis is poor be careful.

The 32m depth is lowest astronomical tide depth and only of the surrounding seabed, not including scours, when I've dived it from Eastbourne you have pretty much what Tom said weeks ago. Don't go into the scour under the stern( 40m ish) and you can plan on 37-38m max depth, with 32-35 for most of it.

The wreck is upright, with a nice swim through at the stern, you can go through and out and turn around and admire the swanky stern window area. There are some portholes still on her, and if you look very-very carefully you may be able to find some knapkin rings, about 2" round, that used to be silver plated ( a little bit can still hang on) and has the legend " SY Argonaut" and a little ship motif on it.

Thanks guys
I had figured as much on the depth and t'other info is tops too.
I shall be wary of the net, watch out at the stern and look for napkin rings

I was told about her over a year ago (after I'd got my ADN +acc deco) and have been desperate to dive her since. She was described as "stunning", upright and ship-shaped, which is always a bonus
