Correct order of speeches at a wedding
I'm best man for my brother at the weekend and have been busy preparing my speech.
I always thought that the order of the speeches were:

First Father of the Bride
Then Groom
Then Best Man.

I have had a look on the internet and some sites suggest this order and others that the Best Man speaks first.

What is the concensus?

Just say you know the normal traditions but that you're going to make it up as you go.....

This was the format followed at my own wedding 11 days ago, but as another poster said, find out what the Bride and Groom want and go with that...but make sure that all three speakers know which order they are going in!

I ticked FOB, Groom, BM as that seems to be traditional, however both FOB and Groom are often introduced by the best man who acts as a sort of MC.

If you really want to do things traditionally PM me beacuse my father is a toastmaster. Otherwise do what the couple/family want, I've even seen the mother of the bride give a speech.

Yup option two is the correct one!

PLEASE make your speech funny - there is nothing worse than an appauling wedding speech! Just remember it will probably be videoed so go the distance, and entertain the crowd!
