| Nope - I use a boat cos I rate its skipper, mainly. Having lots of room for kitting up, tea & biccies apres dive & a good atmos on the boat count for more than a lift. Lifts are ferkin fantastic though. By strange coinicidence, all the boats I use (with the exception of Inspiration out of Eastbourne - we've asked the skipper if he could fit one but he wasn't having it - bloody RIB drivers) have lifts |

| If there are more than one boat running out to a site I want to dive, I look at the boat and the skipper first, but yes, for the deeper stuff, I do ask about lifts. Juz

| l hate polls, but l still voted. l voted NO, a lift is nice but a decent skipper is more important. So Andy looks like you and Dave (skipper) better get lifts.

| As far as I'm concerned a lift is a nice bonus, but not something that would influence my choice of boat. I'm not loaded down with loads of stages though. What Rob and Matt said basically.
