Oy, bugger off!

Have killed a variety of things, but don't any more. Would again if I *needed* to, but I don't.

Totally agree with the argument that if you're going to eat meat you should be prepared to kill it and prepare it, though I have to say Pretty Flowers is coming across as Pretty Scary at the moment!

Why?

People are quite happy to pull carrots up from the vegetable patch in their garden.

What's the difference, as long as its done humainly? (Can't spell, been drinking at lunchtime, sorry....)

Cool

Used to take/kill/cook Lobsters crabs plaice scallops. But now I leave them inpeace as a thankyou for allowing me to enter their world for a short time.

I do eat fish etc - cannot afford Lobster! But only if it is caught in a commercial operation. I am not depriving someone of their livelyhood.

I love meat especially well cooked Roast beef! None of this perfect pink crap -napalm it!

Shot rabbits Pidgeons once gutted and cleaned a sheep, chickens no problem, however the funniest thing was when i was in my teens about 14, and i shot a Ram in the Nutts with an Airifle right on the limit, however it stopped being funny when i realised that is was running and jumping towards me in a you shot me in the nutts sort of way.

Had to climb a tree real quick learnt my lesson though

I'd like to do it for the experience. If I couldn't go through with it, I would become vegetarian. Its kind of a principle to me, in these days where we get our beef pre wrapped from the supermarket, people would do well to remember that it comes from animals. There's a lot of hypocrisy surrounding meat eating these days.

One thing that really annoys me about Survivor type programmes is where people get really precious about killing things to eat.
