Was i cruel to Captain Deco?

OK after all of Captain Deco's winges about me stealing his Porthole i thought it was only right that i got him to be the witness on my Receiver of Wrecks Declaration form for said Porthole

So i ambushed him today and accompanied by much bleating and wingeing he signed the form

But was this rubbing salt into an open and festering wound? or does he really just deserve all the abuse he gets

if he didn't get it off , use his own lifting stuff and follow it and onto the boat.

Then it's not his and it's not really the same as getting ya own porthole , as to be given one by the efforts of another diver

I go for option 1 .
