| I have exactly the smae as Nigel except they are on a CD 120M reel and a Halcyon 100 Pathfinder reel (doubles as a wrecking reel) The Buddy Crack bottle ones are worth there weight in gold. if you can't get one over there let me know and I will sort one out for you. With the rebreather they are virtually essential. Andrew. |

| Hi Pierre, I have the AP auto inflate DSMB. I also have the accessory pockets for the bod. The DSMB fits in perfectly, no good if you want to leave the reel permanently attached though but fine for the blob on its own. As per the other guys though it's best to carry a back up red and a yellow that you hope to never use. Dave.

| I think the guys were alluding to having one self-inflator and then a normal red & a normal yellow for those occasions when you've forgotten to fill the crack bottle or having an Eeek moment. PS here's a tip on how to not win friends and influence people. Wander round the boat cadging air off OC divers cos you don't want to use the box's gas(es) to fill the 0.1l bottle. Cos I'm tight like that.... Happily I can usually blag mine off of Finless. Wait for him to kit up and get ready - usually about 45mins before the shot goes in - and when he remembers his tins are still tied to the bench and he's flailing around like a stuck pig, nip round the back and swipe a bit of his back-gas whilst pretending to untie him Last edited by Rob Evans : 18-10-04 at 04:28 PM. |

I like your idea it stops a scramble if the problem is minor- incoming. r Paul |

| I have the Halcyon 6' closed bag, but find it bloody huge. I have just bought the 3' one which you can inflate orally. I also carry a open ended small yellow one. HTH
