Can anyone confirm that the connector on the end of a standard LP hose that fits to a standard 2nd stage DV is a m9/16-18unf, if yes do you know where I can get an adapter to go from the male 3/8 end of an LP hose to
a standard DV connector.

The normal place I'd look would be:

http://subaqua-products.co.uk/Catalogue/catalogue.php

might be worth giving them a call to see if they can make something up

otherwise

http://www.tech-blue.com/ are another good source even tho they're 'merkins.

I'll explain a bit more, I'm trying to connect the male end of an LP hose( the 3/8 bit that normally goes in to the LP port of a reg ) to an injector that has a 2nd stage DV type fitting. To put it another way I want to end up with an LP hose that has the same fitting as a standard DV on either end.

Clear as mud then eh

That definitely sounds like Subaquaproducts.
But phone them. They are a bit of an old fashioned engineering shop and the email doesn't happen often.
