Why the Evolution

John asked why the Evolution.Well I've been using the Submatix MCCR for a while and I chose that for its slight weight and size ( and I got an ex dive school demo at 'the right' price). I'm aged 54 and got knackered knees and my diving these days is 40mtrs max Bsac club stuff. However I became less than happy with the UK spares and back up situation for the Submatix and also had issues with some aspects of the unit itself. So the unit was sold to a guy in france and I went for the Evolution. UK baised and proven manufacturer ,readily available spares and accessories and loads of advice and information available. Relatively light and compact unit, and its parameters match my diving.Enough said.

experienced instructors

den and andy make quite a good team, entertaining too. i've done meg course with them and found it covered all the right things, along with some extras i didn't expect. i have done a rebreather course else where that i found dissapointing.

of course the bonus for me is that den is only 20 miles away and i can go ogle all the flash motors that go in his garage.
