| Go for the purchase, mate, however if your looking at an inspiration I'd wait until the Evo is released and snap up one of the old units that will be going cheap as all the techno geeks up-grade !!!!!! I dive reefs, walls and wrecks. I use it on 12m bimbles and 50 meter wrecks and the only difference is I carry more bail out the deeper I go. The main advantage over OC is that I will do a 30 minute bottom time when my OC buddies disappear after 20 minutes. I will do two dives like that a day and not have to refill tanks etc between times. I'd spend more time on the bottom but my bail out options are slightly limited at the moment. Other advantages are that problems occur alot slower than OC so although they will kill you, it is very much eventually. Unless you forget to turn it on in which case ... ![]() I |

| Ok, thanks again for the responses you guys. I was told last night that if getting a Inseration then it's cheaper in Germany. The person who tol me this is a RB trainer, and she is English, Suzy Griffiths (I think her surname is Griffiths) she is attempting a womans world depth record here next month. Does anyone have any info on this? Yesterdays trip to Thistlegorm was blown out, literally by the wind. So I was up at 5 for a dive that I could have swam too. The EL Mina in Hurghada harbour, sunk by a Israily (cant spell it but you know what i mean) jet. Today is a little special for me, Its my 100th dive and I officially start the DM course. (that means no more paying for diving) The down side is that out here they treat it as a milestone and do something nasty like eggs and flower or put unpleasent substances in you suit. I'll let you know how I get on later. Thanks again guys, Remember Keep it sweet!

Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain." Time to dive. |
