Different scrubber unit? Housing? No or different electronics? What's so quantumly different that they have to sell the whole unit (is none of it interchangeable?) just to opt for the newer one?

Just remembered another difference.... (the meeting with MP is comming back through the beer haze)

The O2 cell connectors have been reworked so instead of the current multi-pin connectors, the cells have an axial connector (a bit like a co-ax connector) so they can be added/removed without knackering the calls internal circuit board. Bailout mounting has also been resolved with the addition of optional Metalsub
style brackets which fix directly to the new case body.

I'm sure there will be some more when I remember them and when I finally get my mits on my unit at the end of the month.

thats no resolution thats a money making idea £70 odd for a bracket and its a non standard metalsub bracket too
