Have a look at Deep Blue Diving
The price posted includes boat fees, lime and gas. You'd have to stump up for travelling/accom. The Mountbatten centre next door is pretty cheap though.
There are other instructors- some of whom may be cheaper - but have a hunt through the APD site & get in touch with them for more info.

Paul R Marks was going to charge me £4250 for the training and a YBOD with large bladders and wing, ADV, 25kg of S-lyme and two additional injectors for off board Tmix usage.

There seem to be a few of you Maltese lads interested - if you pool your resources you might find an instructor who'll give you a group discount.

You never know - get in touch with a few and see what comes up. Quite a few UK instructors do their courses in warmers climes this time of year so it's worth asking.

Slight thread re-route... but hey... its friday and Im pissed already (dont ask)

Why would you want extra connects, doesnt that just increase the risk that you'll blow the wrong gas in?

<pulls best "stupid and innocent" face>
