Yes that’s the idea, I just need to know where I can buy the stuff. Molecular offered to sell me a full pallet to save on the shipping costs from UK, no idea how much would be on a pallet but recon it would probably cost a few grand. So that's not an option, shipping 2 or 3 20kg drums at a time is going to be a killer as well so the best bet is to find somewhere as close as possible. Unless of course they are marking the stuff up to the hilt. I know when I lived in Oman lime was as rare as hens teeth thus putting me off CCR for longer. I just hope the same problem does not apply now. If anyone has a list of suppliers could you please e mail it to me. Thanks, Dave.

| pallets of sofnolime I would definitely recommend buying a pallet of lime - this is how I tend to buy it, you will save significantly on the price per tub if you do it this way as well as delivery. Even better if you can find one or two people to cut in with you in a "sofnolime syndicate". You might want to do a few searches online for suppliers and compare prices per bulk purchase. Same for the batteries. |

| drager sorb is bigger the YBOD uses a smaller size (797 grade)molecular products still not gonna be cheap but cheaoer than individually give em a bell and see what they say also give AP a ring you never know they might be able to come up with something |

| Thanks Beanie, I contacted Molecular and they said they had no outlets near me. They did offer to sell me a pallet at a time though, I went into what the yanks call sticker shock at this point. That was even before I asked the price. I'll get back to them and see what they say. As for AP I sent them an e mail about a two weeks ago asking about the new electronics. No reply as of yet so I'm unsure whether they will bother to answer a lime question. Maybe a phone call will get a better response? Dave.

| i've posted to the list I'll lob any replies here AP are usually pretty good at email where are you doing the course? |
| ||||
| My UK address is in Durham so I looked for anyone close by and came up with Neil Richmond of Rec-Tech. It looks like he’s planning to do part in the lakes and the rest in the sea locally depending on weather. Originally the plan was to do the course in the Red Sea but this is my one chance each year to get away from the Arab way of life and believe me when you live in these places you take that chance whenever possible. I did think about doing the course in Cornwall after reading the article on your course but I couldn’t face the driving after eight hours flying the thought of more traveling was just too much. With the limited holiday time I have the last thing I want to do is spend a couple of extra days on the road. Dave.
