Twin set up?

I seem to recall a while back, stumbling across a website that showed how to correctly fit a manifold to twins.

Can anyone point me in the right direction with a link?

While im here, what torque should the valves be done to, do you need to lubricate the threads etc

When I last disassembled and reassembled a manidold (MDE) in my LDS the only thing that needed torquing (sp) was the pillar valves onto the cylinders.

Look here -
Assembling Doubles....

You don't need to torque up the valves. Do them up hand tight then give them a single tap with a rubber mallet. All is explained in the link.
