Cylinder Trst date
I have a cylinder which was tested in November 2003. Can anybody tell me if this needs testing in Nov 05 or May 06 as I am unsure when the cut off came in with regards new testing regulations.

There is NO transition period for the tests. It is 2.5 years from the last stamp on the cyl as the test has not changed. Whatever your LDS says.
