My Plan it changed

I am going for a Narked at 60 wing and backplate as the BIBO and rektek combo was naff to say the least, the flexible back made twins wobble all over and did not fill me with confidence.
Now for a really dumb question but I gotta ask, am I right in thinking that the wing is just sandwiched between the twins and the plate and held by the twin bolts only ?, or are there more fixings that are not that visible ?, I looked at my mates CD setup and thats what it looks like, but as I am not an expert would not know if that was right or wrong.
