Aqualung Legend Supreme / Supreme LX

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone can tell me the difference between the aqualung legend supreme and the aqualung legend supreme lx???

...and opinions on either, don't know whether to spend the extra bit of cash!

Thanks,

Lloyd

hey.

I was thinking the same as you when i 1st bought my dive gear. Me n my dad was told go for the legend supreme. I have used it now for about 70 dives (so not that many really). I cannot fault it at all. I dived in 2 degree of water n didnt free flow, i have never had a free flow with it. I find it a excellent reg n many people that also use it cannot fault it. I would def recommend the legend supreme. Dont know 2 much about how the legend supreme lx is but must also be pretty good.

The LX bit allows you to alter the breathing rate sensitivity.

I have mine set so it's quite sensitive. Apparently if I was to face into a significant flow of water, then my LX could free flow, so I can turn a knob on the LHS side to make it less sensitive.

Forgot to say, I like my LX, but I can't comment on if its worth the extra cash over a non LX.

Just make sure you go for the supreme of either as it is cold water rated
